mdl html specification

today, the silent hill museum is publishing an html draft of the documentation for the silent hill 2 pc mdl format.

the documentation is available here.

this page was largely auto-generated from the kaitai (.ksy) file, which is the formal definition of the museum’s mdl parser.

this is not necessarily the final version of the spec, but it documents every major section of pc mdl files in silent hill 2.
